I have repeatedly attempted to set-up MFA for my LastPass account. The authenticator app that I use is Authy. Using Authy, in LastPass, I get as far as scanning the bar code. LastPass never gives my confirmation that my authenticator/MFA is complete. I have to cancel the whole process.
I then attempted to set up MFA using the LastPass Authenticator. When I scan the bar code, I get a pop-up: "Device Not Paired" "Unexpected Error"
So, it seems that no matter which authenticator I try use, LastPass MFA is not pairing with my iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 15.1 Beta 4
