Hello - I have been struggling since rebooting my computer over the weekend to log in using my normal Master password and account information. I have reached out to customer support, who have created a ticket instructing me to correspond with them by logging in. As stated, I cannot log in in any capacity, so I cannot even interact with my own support ticket.
If someone on staff is available to review my account or email me to resolve further I will happily provide any documentation and local cache files that may assist in recovery. OTP is not an option as the extension is either not recognized in any browser I use on this computer (Chrome, Edge) or cannot produce the correct local files to generate the OTP. I have used this method with success in the past, but not today.

Bumping for visibility - sorry if this is against any kind of community guideline I have not yet uncovered. This is affecting my ability to perform work tasks. Our company has used this product for years. I really appreciate any consideration or time spent looking into the matter. I cannot imagine having to manually reset every site password due to our security policy around using a standalone management solution, but that is where this puts me without prompt resolution.
