That message can either indicate you are using a new device / location, have cleared your cookies, or are using the wrong password. If you're sure of the password, please check your Primary and Security account email address' for these domains: @lastpass.com, @sendgrid.com, @m.lastpass.com, @t.lastpass.com
(I checked your Community email but could not locate a LastPass account with that spelling)
