Master password recovery/reset issue

I didn't forget my master password and trying to login to my account through the browser extension but keep getting login failure says to continue check your inbox for an email or review your login info and try again!
Then i managed to follow the link from email and reset my master password but still getting the same error and can not access my vault, so frustrated to the point that i want to delete my account. But still redirect me to login first to be able to delete your account!
I cant use one time password because it says the browser ext not setup for that. I got stuck in a loop of cant get access to my account and there is no support channel through lastpass portal.
Appreciate if someone could assist so i can delete my account and stay away from this forever

Hi @MosesEb 

That message can either indicate you are using a new device / location, have cleared your cookies, or are using the wrong password. If you're sure of the password, please check your Primary and Security account email address' for these domains:,,, 


(I checked your Community email but could not locate a LastPass account with that spelling)
