Hi @tarynslp, welcome to the community.
It depends on how long ago you created the Master Password as the requirements changed a couple of years ago. Previously it was 8 or more characters, but then it was increased to 12 or more characters. Also it must include:
- At least one upper and lower case letter
- At least one number and symbol
It is also case sensitive so you may want to type it out in a text editor to check exactly how it is being entered.
