Need device verified as trusted device without email access

I can't verify myself as a trusted device since I lost access to my email (due to it being on the lastpass vault) and I've disabled account recovery with the email provider, so I can't regain access to my email nor lastpass account and I am locked out of everything, however I still have my master password and 2FA codes, am on the same device and same internet service provider, same country and state, same everything... Should be an easy verification and I already sent a support ticket with the required information however I think it was bugged since there is no response for 48+ hours, I am willing to provide the requested information again and any extra information if requested, all you have to do is verify this computer as a trusted device and don't change anything else.
