Hi,
I don't receive push notification on my iPhone anymore. Things I tried and didn't work:
Disabling no problem. But when I try to re-enable MFA then I get stuck on the page that shows the QR-code. I scan the code with the app, account is added in the app, but nothing more is happening. I don't see any button on the page to click on to proceed.
Hi Fresow - After scanning the code with the app you should then complete your backup info and then press 'Activate' in order for you to complete the setup process. I'm attaching a screenshot from my account. Do you see the same options?
I have got the same problem. Notification was working previously on my iPhone with LP Authenticator. For no reason, notification stopped popping up. I can still login using 'Having Trouble' and entering the code manually. I tried to disable/enable LP Authenticator in MFA, and scanning a new QR code and 'Activate', but the problem remains.
Same here ... no more iOS push notifications from Authenticator (and thus I also don't get them on my Apple Watch).
Hi windracer could you email me at AuthenticatorDevelopers@goto.com with your logs from the app the next time this happens so that I can get the team to look into this in more detail?

Ok, I just replicated the issue:
- log out of Lastpass extension in MS Edge
- log in (click "Log in with Authenticator" as I have passwordless login enabled)
- no push notification received on iPhone
- open Authenticator, no mention of authentication to allow/approve
Sent you the logs as requested.
I have sent you the log with two attempts to log in using the LP Authenticator (passwordless) for your investigation.
Both attempts did not receive push notification on the iPhone requiring me to open the authenticator to get a code.
The first login showed Accept or Reject prompt (incidentally this is rarely seen since the problem began). The second login is typical of the current problem, I have to enter manually the one-time code from the authenticator to log in.
I'm so relieved to see others experiencing this same issue. I thought it was just me!
It has only been just a week or so that it started to happen to me and I have deleted and re-created my Amazon account several times, but still I have to manually enter the TOTP code because I am not getting the push notification.
Good to see some logs were sent, so hopefully a fix soon.
Any word on when this will be fixed?
