Re: Not authorized to upgrade to premium (???)

Thank you for joining the Community. 


I've noticed you had the Premium and this expired a few weeks ago. The account shows you used a third-party service to purchase the subscription, if you tried to upgrade from our website, it will generate an error.  We can remove that status once the subscriptions are expired for you to purchase from the website or can check your third-party service to proceed with the payment there.
