Hello,
I consistently have an issue with launching shared sites/ passwords on my online vault in LastPass. Typically I will have the individual sharing the information retry sharing or seeing if there is an issue on their end, however, I believe it is an issue on my end and I am unsure how to resolve it. I have a free account and am unable to receive any helpful solutions from the LastPass team.
