Passwordless not working with lastpass authenticator.

I have seen previous posts with the same issue I am having using passwordless authentication on LastPass with LastPass Authenticator.  I get notification then when I press Accept, I get the error message and cannot go back authenticator for my other passcodes unless I force close Authenticator.  All the other solutions suggested updating to the latest  version. I believe I am on the latest versions and still having the problem.

I am running Authenticator version 2.7.3.2055 on an iPhone 14 Pro Max and iOS 16.0.3

The LastPass Extension I am running on my computer is version 4.102.1

I was able to fix this by disabling Last Pass Authenticator in LastPass and enrolling again.
