Phone number changed - can't use 2 FA

Hello,

I am logged out of Last Pass (free account) on all my devices. I wanted to log in but the 2 FA is being sent to my old phone number. So, I cannot log in and there seems no way of getting around it.

I know my email address and the Master password. I am not using the authenticator app.

Any help would be appreciated!
