SAme here.
EAch time I close the browser (chrome), app says "you tried to log in to your LastPass account from a device or location that we couldn't recognize" and sends me a LastPass Verification Email.
Never happened before.
I have check my parameters, IP etc.
Issue is on Lastpass side.

Well after a day I feel certain that reinstalling the Last Pass extension does seem to have helped.

The same problem every day, have been using Last Pass for a long time, issue is on Last Pass side, please fix, otherwise I use AI Roboform again!

I did reinstall the extension and right off the bat that seemed to fix the issue. It logged in fine without giving me that "can't connect to login server" stuff. I'll post again tomorrow since I don't feel 100% certain its fixed yet since I just now did it.


Hi arokace, can you confirm no problems with your solution today? I´m having the same problem since 7/20/2020.

I have the exact same problem. Started on 7/20/2020 and still going.

I only use one computer and i don´t want to disable "Skip email verification of unknown devices and locations"...

Hi,

Verification emails are typically sent when you sign in from a new IP address that we do not recognize. Using a VPN or rebooting your modem are common ways of ending up with a new IP address, in some limited cases your ISP may assign you a new IP each time you reboot your computer. We will begin reviewing a sample of the accounts reporting this behavior to confirm the IP address is in fact changing, and not something else.

Of the 4 accounts that I have reviewed so far, all of them had new IP addresses which triggered the verification email.

Same here -- started a couple of days ago.
Whichever browser I try to log in from it says it can't recognize my location.

Better work this one out fast guys -- and don't send me a faq link that doesn't solve the problem, or I'll move to another service.
