My master password recently stopped working. I went through the account recovery on my android phone and verified with my fingerprint. I was given the option to reset my password which I did. I then try to log in with the new password and it says to check my master password. I have tried this multiple time over a period of a couple weeks.
I also recently purchased a new computer and not longer have the old one. Trying to recover through my browser informs me no recovery information is found so that isn't working eighter.
Please help.
Side note: I obviously can't sign in with my lastpass account so I had to create a "log me in" account in order to post on this board.
