Renewal assistance

All I want to do is renew my software and I am being restricted... just to get help I have to go through all of this... really???

Really very frustrating!

Can someone assist with what I need to do to be able to upgrade back to the family membership.

I apologize for the frustrations.

I looked up your Community email address for any LastPass customer history but was unable to locate anything. For any issues with renewal, customers can use the 'Contact' form here, and create a 'Billing' case for Customer Support to review by email.
