Hi Team, I have recently formatted my device. Now when I try to login again it asks for SMS code. But I am not receiving any SMS. I have tried inserting SIM even in a different phone. But no SMS is being received. Tried website and also tried app. Everywhere same.
Further, on the website if I click on Call me, it fails with the error: "Multifactor authentication failed!Dismiss"
However, I used to receive SMS codes earlier. I am not receiving them now.

I reviewed your account and see that both Google Authenticator and LastPass Authenticator are enabled for your account, do you have access to either of those authenticator apps to complete MFA when logging in to LastPass?
