SMS passcode problem

Hi

 

Since a few days back I have been trying to login to my account, but in order to do so I have to use the SMS code I receive.

Everytime I am requesting it, I never get the message.

I have tried the call me option too but it says "Multifactor authentication failed".

I am really not sure what to do at this point, I just can't log in.

 

Please help me.

I'm sorry we did not saw your previous post. Upon checking your account, I've noticed the errors for the two-factor authentication.   We have created a support case for you, please, reply as needed for us to review this issue.
