Safari drop down is blank

Safari (15.4) the LP menu dropdown is blank. My thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling the extension means having to delete the desktop app.

Suggestions?

I'm also having this problem.  Deleting Lastpass and reinstalling didn't solve
