I'm a user of LastPass (free). Today I'm experiencing problems with longing in to the app, both on laptop and smartphone. I'm prompted to complete multifactor authentication on my phone or mobile device. Although my phone app is not paired, I could log in with a one-time passcode from your authenticator app. The one-time password is not accepted, nor is the password from SMS (Multifactor authentication failed). Then I get "For your security, reset the pairing between LastPass and your authenticator method: LastPass Authenticator". However, I can't perform this function because my password is not accepted in the app as well. I've reseted my master password but still couldn't log in.
Can you please help me?

Dear @KarolH_LP ,
I've been asked by Support to provide sensitive information, such as IP address, list a minimum of 5 sites that are in my vault, a redacted bank statement (I don't have one), etc.
I will NOT provide such information.
The problem is on LastPass' end, not mine.
Please assist me to regain access to my paswords.
