Shared folder not exporting

We are using the Families version and have one shared folder that is not exporting for 1 user. The other users that have access to that folder can export it. We have made sure that the identities is set to all. In fact, this folder will not export no matter what the identities is set to for that user. Any pointers on where to look to fix this problem?

Problem solved and fixed.

@Rebecca_Swe verified again that the user was an admin. The folder was still not exporting. When we started doing some more research, we noticed that all passwords were grayed out. This made me think that they only had read only access. But that should not be the case since they had been adding sites to the folder. What we did to fix the problem was to change their permissions to 'no-access', saved, refreshed all sites and clear the local cash.  We then added them back as 'Administrator' and everything no started working.

Thank you @Rebecca_S  for responding.  The other user is an administrator for the folder. This user was the one that created the folder. We have been doing organization within their vault and will try another export later tonight. We did find 1 secure note that had the # sign it in. We will be removing that. But, I am not thinking that is the problem. That note is shared and I am getting everything.
