Still Charged for Closed Account

Hello,
I was charged last week for a closed LastPass account.
The account was closed back in April 2023.
I request a refund.  The account doesn't exist any more, so it's impossible for me to login or change anything.

Upon checking your email address, I've noticed you've stopped using the account, but it is t is still active and you have information stored with autorenewal enabled. Our team will be contacting you soon regarding this case.

Hi Karol,

 

I received an email that a response was sent to me through LastPass but I cannot login.  I request a refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28) and to have my LastPass account closed and auto-renewal turned off so this doesn't happen again.

Hi Karol, I sent a private message to you with both my email and an alternate email.  I also received an email that 'Your Last Pass Families account has expired'.  I don't know if that related.  Can you provide confirmation my LastPass account has been closed and that I will receive a refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28).
