Upon checking your email address, I've noticed you've stopped using the account, but it is t is still active and you have information stored with autorenewal enabled. Our team will be contacting you soon regarding this case.

Hi Karol,
I received an email that a response was sent to me through LastPass but I cannot login. I request a refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28) and to have my LastPass account closed and auto-renewal turned off so this doesn't happen again.

Hi Karol, I sent a private message to you with both my email and an alternate email. I also received an email that 'Your Last Pass Families account has expired'. I don't know if that related. Can you provide confirmation my LastPass account has been closed and that I will receive a refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28).
