Support not able to recovered from vault either

Phone Fingerprint or Face ID reset (X)
Reset password (X)

Password hint in Email blank (X)

Recovery account (X)

Vault dated back (X)

CS on phone for ages (X)

 

not sure what should I do with that?

Hi @whitepen,

 

Unfortunately, it looks like there is nothing else that can be done except correct enter the Master Password for your account. Lockouts are temporary so if you wait a few minutes you can try again. Remember, the master password is 12 or more characters long and has at least one upper and lower case letter, number and symbol. It is also case sensitive so you may want to type it out in a text editor to check exactly how it is being entered.

If the password hint was not even shown on App or the Email then ... why implement it in...?

The hint is something you are asked to enter when you create your Master Password, if you choose the skip that step it will be blank when you request it in the future.
