Team Account reverted to free

My account was linked to a Teams Account that has since reverted to free. I was hoping to re-take control of my LastPass account and upgrade it to premium. The owner of the Teams Account no longer sees the admin console or any way to unlink the team members. I also do not see the options to unlink my account from my account settings window.

Please review this post, you or the admin can open a support ticket for Billing issues even though your account is currently showing as free.
