The coffee drinking girl is back

Following the recent upgrade to Firefox Quantum the full screen login popped up once again.
No matter what I tried I couldn't get back to the nice little popup box.
Eventually tried removing Lastpass and Firefox and then doing a reinstall with the Universal Installer.
Now the coffee girl screen appears on both Firefox and Chrome.

Any ideas anyone?

Left click on the LastPass icon in your browser toolbar.

Just to clarify:-
Neither "Enable infield popup" nor "Enable new login screen" ticked.

That splash page is a login prompt. You likely aren't signed into the extension.

Have tried left clicking on the LastPass icon in the upper right corner of your browser window?

I know why it appears.
The thing is that it shouldn't.
What should appear is the neat little box which used to appear when I started my browser.
