The recovery page is still running. Bug?

Hello everyone,
I have lost my main password. I am trying to do the recovery procedure. I have already logged into the Chrome extension. I get to a page where it offers me to open my vault, with a big red "click to recover account" button. Unfortunately the page keeps turning and doesn't take me anywhere.
I have done the procedure several times, I have internet working, I have restarted my computer and I still have the same problem.

It looks like a bug to me, and I don't know what to do?

After looking up your Community email I can see that you were able to update the password shortly after posting here.  If you're still experiencing difficulty though, let us know how you are attempting to log into LastPass?
