Unable to Login - and account recovery process has failed

Attempted account recovery - LastPass sends a one time code to login but the code is then 'expired or invalid'. I have used the most current code each time. In order to reach real help you need to go through this convoluted process of posting to a community?! This product has completely tanked. 

I need to get access to my account ASAP so I can download my vault and delete my account.

I'm having the same problem after the maintenance period yesterday. I try to do a reset, it says I have no one-time passwords and sends me an SMS to my phone. When I put the code in, it says Link has expired or is invalid after a few seconds. How can I reset my lastpass master password?

I'm having the same problem when I try to recover my account via SMS. The code shows up as a text message within seconds, and I enter it within seconds, but Lastpass says the link has expired or is invalid every time. What else do I need to do to reset my master password?

I recommend checking out the links in the Q&A in detail about your recovery options. I saw a way to revert your master password after a recent change which might work for you. It was difficult to find it, and the interface for that and the One-time Passwords could be better described in the Q&A.

Hi,

I want to cancel my last pass account. I'm so upset about this. I'm neuro-diverse and set it up for that reason but it has made my life so much harder. I just want it taken off my PC. 😞

I cannot log in as I don't know my password and I tried access recovery and hints and no emails were sent. Starting to think this is not legit
