Unable to access my account

Hello,  

              I created the account from a company laptop to test lastpass and now I don't remember the master password and none of the recovery methods works. I want my account to be deleted so I can create a new one from scratch.

Hi @emilioflh, welcome to the community.

If you have access to the email address you can reset your account and create a new Master Password by following the steps in this support article .When asked if you know your Master Password select NO.

Hi all,

I tried out LastPass about 5 years ago on my mobile to compare it to my current password manager but decided to stay with the one I was using. After reading some rave reviews about where LastPass is now, I wanted to switch over but I can no longer remember or recover my LastPass master password.

Is it possible to get my old account deleted so that I can re-register using the same email address?
