Unable to get response from LastPass Support

Please see LastPass Case: 15700862.

I have contacted support from two different emails at least a dozen times and have yet to receive a response.

Does LastPass support exist?

Worth noting: ticket was created on July 16th.

I received an email asking to verify my account and I replied on the 18th.

No response since.

LastPass support is apparently non-existent.

 

Contacted via email multiple times since 7/16.  Still no resolution.

Contacted via LogMeIn Community on 7/24.  No comment or resolution.

Contacted via Twitter on 7/24.  One comment left on 7/26.  No resolution.

 

All this lack of support for a product I pay/subscribe too and have for years.

I see your ticket was finally resolved, sorry for the frustration. We do not monitor the community on the weekends.
