My LastPass Premium subscription was set to auto-renew and I guess something went wrong with the renewal process as I'm back to being a free user.
Upon trying to upgrade to premium manually I receive an error message stating:
You cannot purchase this product with your account
We're sorry, the product you are attempting to purchase is not compatible with your LastPass account. Please logout and use a different account. This support article explains possible reasons you are getting this error and how to resolve it.
How can I get this resolved please? As a (now) free user I have no way of directly contacting LastPass support.
