This problem is now fixed.
I just tried it with Chrome on Windows and the ENTER button works again.

We released a new version (4.95) that should fix the multi-line Notes behavior. Please check to see if this is working properly after the latest update and let us know if you see anything wrong.

Question: HOW CAN I KNOW WHAT RELEASE I AM ON? I have never seen this in "about", etc.

The way that works for me is:
1) Login to LastPass
2) Then do as you suggested.
