Urgent! Help recovering my account, reactivation has failed

Was trying to login to my vault on the train, I miss-typed my password a couple of times as I was bounced around so I've been locked out. I followed the procedure to reactivate my account. I received a text with my reactivation code, I entered this code into the dialog box (Correctly) but I get the same error code saying my account is still locked out, no matter how many times I have pressed the reactivate button. It might be a browser cache issue (Chrome) but now I can't do anything as I need to be logged in to raise a help ticket. I was surprised I could log into this forum with my credentials...

How do I recover my account when reactivation has failed?
