I have a LastPass Family account and have been having no end of problems reliably logging in via my Android phone. Last time I had issues (Feb) we changed the master password (and stuck it my my partner's vault for safe keeping), and also I think we set up account recovery.
But neither seem to work and trying to log in on either my phone, iPad of MacBook just sends things into a lock-out.
Is there anything I can do, or any help anyone can suggest?

I apologize for the difficulty logging in.
After looking up your Community email in LastPass' admin center I am seeing multiple failed login attempts, meaning the password is not being entered correctly. If you recently updated your password, then you may be able to revert back to the previously used one by following these steps: https://support.lastpass.com/help/revert-to-your-previous-master-password
If you don't have any recovery methods set up, then you can follow these instructions to reset the login itself: https://support.lastpass.com/help/reset-your-lastpass-account-lp010066
