that you for your message. but what is truly irritating is that we have to use a workaround instead of Lastpass providing a true solution. we should at least have the option to click for not seeing the message anymore. again, we are paying much more than before and it feels like the app design is going backwards.
...so how we should take this silence? Anybody has escalated the problem??
In case the CS team is waiting and watching before escalating, this is still a problem.
The behavior I reported before has not been resolved by an update or by magic. This issue makes LastPass less convenient and less transparent in my workflow.
Whatever "joy" LastPass brings is spoiled every time this issue occurs, which is every time I start a browser, which is a few dozens of times a day.
I would like to know if this issue has been reported to the dev team, if it is being investigated by the dev team, if it has been prioritized by the dev team.
Indeed the situation is still a big pain. I have started testing 1password and Dashlane. Now that LastPass does not have any price advantage I am prepared to move to a software which works the way I want and has real support.
Why can't you just go back to the good old times when you opened your browser, the login screen appeared, you logged in, and you could continu. What I have now, and that is new, is that I don't get a login screen when I open Chrome. I have to close chrome and start it again, then I can login. Clicking on the plugin does nothing. NOT FUNNY GUYS
I can confirm that I have updated to the latest binary file BUT it is still screwed up. I am still in the same situation as Rolly13 and I have not seen feedback from Lastpass for a few days now.
