Hi, has anybody experienced problems with LastPass?
Since upgrading to Ventura, I cannot see any legible texts, passwords this is what I can see when looking for a password:
and
The info is still there, when I open in Safari on my ipad there's no problems so it must be Ventura.
Any ideas?
Thanks for looking
Eric
I've had this problem before but I have never figured out how it happened. It's not consistent when it happens but I usually have the correct password saved along with another entry full of junk.
Hi,
First, you can try refreshing the sites within your vault.
Results: You have forced a sync of your vault data.
Hi
thanks for the reply.
Have tried the steps outlined a number of times but to no avail, thanks anyway for looking.
Any new passwords entered into LastPass since Ventura upgrade are OK, its just the older ones that seem to be corrupted.
Cheers
Eric

hi
had this problem a couple o f weeks ago, could not get the gibberish to clearly could not so I deleted the current entries where it was present and started putting new passwords in when the website requested it.
I no longer have the problem because of the deletions
Sorry
Eric
I have the excact same problem (for the second time) and do not think it is related to ventura.
@AshCWho/how to contact you to get this fixed?
SOLVED: Working with support it was determined that I had passwords that were shared with my by other people that were corrupted in some way. Once I deleted the 4 corrupted Shares it started working again.
Suppport had to tell me which ones to delete.
