LastPass offers three (3) levels of Customer Support: Basic, Personal, and Business. The customer support offerings available to you will vary, depending on your plan.
LastPass Free Customers:

LastPass Premium and Families Customers:
- Support site articles
- The Community
- 24/7 Phone support (via the Contact Support link at the bottom of every Support article)
LastPass Teams & Business Customers:
- Support site articles
- The Community
- 24/7 Email support (via the Contact Support link at the bottom of every Support article)
- 24/7 Phone support (via the Contact Support link at the bottom of every Support article)
*If your paid account switches to Free for any reason at all, you can still open a support ticket:
- Go to the Support Site
- At the bottom of every support article there is a Contact Support option, click on it
- Enter your name and account email address
- Click on the Submit a billing case link

Please note, if you are LastPass Free customer and you use this to open a non billing related ticket it will be ignored.
