We have a teams subscription to LastPass. Two days ago was and our period, and I have changed our payment card to the new one. Our subscription was not renewed without any reason. If I try to renew or buy a new license, the message "You cannot purchase this product with your account" is shown.
After contacting support is two days no answer, no mail or chat answer including spam folder. Because the subscription isn't renewed, no phone number in the admin section. We cannot work!
Can somebody help me renew or upgrade our subscription, please???
