can't log in LastPass and I'm not receiving any security codes

so I'm trying to log in to LastPass on my computer and when I put in the master password it redirects me to multi-factor authentication, now since I'm logged out of all devices that wouldn't help, I press on "send code to SMS" yet I received nothing, I went to FAQ and tried all of the steps regarding my issue with SMS and I'm still not getting anything, my passwords are now gone since I can't access them on any device, I would appreciate any help.

Hi @SALKT, welcome to the community.

 

I am not sure what you mean about MFA when you say "now since I'm logged out of all devices that wouldn't help". Did you normally verify using SMS or did you use an App like LastPass Authenticator that generates a code?

when I enter my password it says "please complete multifactor authentication on your phone or mobile device"

I'm supposed to receive a notification, (after all I'm not logged in on any device) but since I have received none it asked me to put in a one-time passcode, I don't have that, so I resort to the final solution which is SMS, every time I request a code it's just bugged and I can't log in.

I normally verify using SMS but it glitched or bugged because I'm not receiving any messages from LastPass.
