I had to do a factory reset on my mobile phone and now it seems I'm locked out of Lastpass.
System wants to authenticate me with lastpass authenticator and /or "Call Me" or "send me SMS" and none of these options work.
Please help. I have no access to any of my financial accounts with access to my lastpass account. Who can I call to help me quickly resolve this?
When I tried to "upgrade" my account, I was prompted to "create" an account and so when I enter my email address, system says "account already taken" . I figure if I UPGRADE my account I could get LIVE support but I'm not even able to do that,
The same thing is happening to me, and I have no option to contact support or upgrade.
