lastpass dissapeared on ccleaner browser

I have been using lastpass (LP) for several years on ccleaner browser (CB) with no problem.  (I have W7,  64 bit)

Today, when I launched CB, the LP icon had disappeared

In the menu of extensions, LP had a button "uninstall",  but clicking it did nothing.

I also saw that an app called dashline (DL) was there.  I have never used it, and do not wish to.

I did not install it -- I have the impression that it installed by itself.

I could not uninstall it.  Could that be interfering?

I updated my pwd for LP and relaunched, and rebooted the computer - still the same.

LP works fine in my firefox browser.

PS - In the meantime, LastPass does not now work on my ccleaner browser. It will not allow me to install or uninstall.

When I try to install LP from the chrome webstore, I get this msg:
An error has occurred
This item is already being downloaded and added into Chrome.

Historically the CCleaner application has caused problems for LastPass browser apps, though you can try re-installing directly through LastPass here:  https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
