Lastpass (premium) no longer works on Mac ventura 13.3.1
When I log in, after clicking on "access", nothing happens. But it doesn't connect to the server.
I've tried uninstalling apps and reinstalling, but nothing changes
I've always used LastPass on macOS, never had a problem.
What happened?
Is there an upgrade planned?
Same thing on my Mac as well. Can't use the app or the Safari extension. This is getting ridiculous at this point. Something similar happened about 6 months ago and all they could say was use a different browser. What am I paying for at this point? Between the data breaches and this stuff, I'm thinking it's about time I go to 1Password.
Any idea when this will be fixed???

I have tried several iterations of the Mac browser extension and none are able to login. I am currently on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) and LastPass 4.114.0. This issue began for me about 2-3 weeks ago.
I get the login prompt either from the MacOS toolbar icon or the icon in the Safari toolbar. I enter my credentials and it show the vault with a spinning icon as though it were logging in. This continues indefinitely.
Things I have tried to resolve the issue:
Disabled/re-enabled the Safari extension
Uninstalled/reinstalled the extension
Erased and reinstalled MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 and then immediately installed the LastPass extension
My firewall is a Google fiber router running in it's default configuration. It has not been touched since it was installed a year ago. Rebooting it made no difference.
I am able to login and use Lastpass directly from the website, Firefox plug-in, all the other Windows PC's in the house. This problem is specific to MacOS/Safari.
I've been using lastpass for more than 5 years and now suddenly I'm unable to login to lastpass. I tried forgot password and such but I never receive any emails from lastpass. Literally none. I'm blown away by how terrible the support options are that make you log into your account that you cant log into in order to get support for the account you can't access.

Looks like I'm in the same situation. I cannot login using the macOS native(-ish) app.
A few things:
Based on #5, and that I've been using LastPass for a long time and have lots of passwords, it occurs to me that this could be a timeout decrypting the vault, and the trigger is just that my vault has grown large enough for it to cross some size threshold.
LastPass Support helped me fix this. It was an issue with four logins that were shared with me that were corrupted. Once support identified which ones were corrupted they had me delete them and everything was back to normal.
