Tried several times to get the lastpass authenticator to work again on my new phone, but did not succeed. The lastpass help only talks about, moving to another phone , with lastpass authenticator backup code.

Hi @oscbet, welcome to the community.
If you had Cloud Back Up enabled in LastPass Authenticator on the phone that you have lost, you should be able to restore the last back up to your new phone. Unfortunately, if you did not use the Cloud Back Up feature there is nothing we can do. You will need to go through the recovery options for each of the sites you used the Authenticator app for and regain access to the accounts and set them up with Authenticator again. This support article explains how to disable LastPass Authenticator on your LastPass account if you lose your phone.

First you have to login to identity.lastpass.com.
Then in step 4: Select My phone is lost or stolen > Send me a recovery email.
This step I cannot find in the screen I see.
Can you help me out ?
How do you enable Cloud Backup ? I have the app with my codes service's and have backup my codes,does this mean that it's the cloud backup ? there's nothing in my app thats says enable cloud backup,just backup is enabled and I backup new codes to my app has I go along I do backups every now and then

how do you know if you have backup cloud enabled ? I do a backup in the settings every now and then...I also have the app on my Ipad can I get the same authentic codes that's the same on my iPhone to my Ipad ?
