my premium account has been switched to free tier and I am locked out of my mobile app

hello team

I am desperate with LastPass, it's making my life difficult and putting me at risk

because for the last few months they keep switching my premium paid plan to free for no reason and without any notification

therefore, I am locked out of all my passwords because the use gets locked on my pc

I am travelling and I cannot even open support tickets because they don't recognise that I have a premium account

please help

Same here - switched to Free, on a weekend that I'm at a conference. Suddenly, no mobile access to my passwords.
