"Add" button not working in Chrome browser

This comes up constantly when a site forces me to change passwords or I enter a new password for a new site. LastPass (Chrome) pop-up offers to save that new password but is unable to grab the correct username. I enter it in, but once I change that username and select a folder, the "Add" button will not work.

My only workaround is to write or copy the password, log out and log back in using correct username and pasted new password, and then the LastPass popup has the correct username and lets me click update. Or, just don't select a folder, then it responds. Wish I could roll back to the version before March 2019!!!!

Hello,

 

Could you try uninstalling the LastPass extension then reinstalling from here https://lastpass.com/download/ to see if it resolves this issue? If not, could you try adding a site entry using the Save All Entered Data feature? 

  • Go to the website whose login you would like to save.
  • On the login page, fill in your credentials (username, email address, password, etc) but do not login.
  • Click the active LastPass icon , then go to Add item > Save All Entered Data at the bottom of the menu.
    Tip: For Internet Explorer users, click the active LastPass icon , then go to Tools > Save All Entered Data.
  • All captured fields are displayed. If desired, enter more information and specify your desired settings for the item.
  • Click Save when finished

I am having the same issue and it's a pretty big deal as we use this in our organization. Creating and sharing new accounts on the fly like this was the selling feature we were looking for but after trying everything we could to get this fixed it simply is not working. So frustrating!

You can access our Teams support number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support.

Same issue here... what is the fix for this... Uninstall and re-install did not fix anything.
