"You cannot purchase this product with your account"

Hello,

 

I've had a premium account for three years. It normally renewed with no issue. This time around, for some reason my card was not charged, and my account did not renew.

 

I tried to renew my account manually and I got the "You cannot purchase this product with your account" error message. The troubleshooting solutions either do not apply or have not worked.

 

How can I renew my subscription?

The billing support team will need to assist with this issue, to create a ticket for the team please scroll down and click Contact Support at the bottom center of this article, entering your account info, then clicking "Submit a billing case" at the bottom of the popup that shows: http://link.lastpass.com/community
