unable to upgrade to last pass families

I am trying to upgrade to LastPass families from my current account and I do not get any failures, but it says my family manager is inactive. What is my next step?

Hi @MikeFulton 

 

It looks like you had a trial of the Families plan in the past and it is getting in the way. I will see if we can get that removed for you.
