customers are demanding to know who, when, and why we log in to their servers. A logmein pop-up notepad would be wonderfully handy. Allow the administrator to force a non-null entry at connection close, log off, or next log on would also be most helpful.
Hi.
1)What Central package do you have?
Depending on the package you can have access to the activity report. Check the available reports on this link by Central Package http://help.logmein.com/articles/en_US/Documentation/central-c-central-reporttypes/?q=reporting&l=en...
2) You can also use "journal" field on the background notes to fill out what was done on that session and it will appear on reports. learn more about backgorund access on this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po0k2ZVPWgU
The "journal" field is on the right bottom of the screen
I hope it helps
