All remote connections fail me, they start but they fall and do not connect.

I have problems when logging in to remote computers, I'm perfect for the application but when trying to access any online computer it says connecting but then it goes down and indicates that it tries again. The support in these cases must be 24/7 these disappointed because nobody helps me. If it is a payment service, they should respond faster or at least inform what is happening.

Sorry for the frustration, can you please provide some more details? What operating systems are involved? Are all of the computers that you are trying to connect to located on the same nertwork?
