Computer Status Shows Shield With An 'X'

I have a few computers showing with a Shield with an 'X' on it.  Usually this happens when a computer is in Safe-Mode.  What other meanings are there for this?  Computers are all up to date on updates.  Please advise.

@guitardood  That icon combo can also mean a Host PC has been available for an extended period of time.  If you change the view to Detail View, you may see more detail on the status'.

Thanks for the info Ash.  I didn't even know about the multiple views.

I actually wound up having to reboot each of the affected machines into safe-mode and then back again to get the icons to reset back to the normal shield with a checkmark.
