I've been on hold for over 40 minutes trying to get some billing support. Seems like others have dealt with the same issue based on searching this board. Also, chat support is 'offline'. And there's no system in place to request a call back. Pretty poor experience.

Could you please confirm what number you dialed, and any extensions / departments therein?
** That wait time is extremely unusual, and should never be that high. I would try dialing back into support now.
Called back in. Waited 10 minutes this time before the call was answered.
Then I learned that if you are on a Central account and you have a billing related question the support hours listed on the website don't apply. You can only get support from 7-5pm CST M-F to get support from the Sales team.
So in the end I spent over an hour on hold, then called back and spent 10 minutes on hold just to be told that I had to call back Monday.
