We want to migrate our antivirus solution to LogMeIn - Kaspersky Endpoint Security .
The previous antivirus is it uninstalled from all the stations ( Windows 10 ), only Windows Defender is active .
Even on this situation, we are getting Error 1603 on a lot of computers .
Have you met this problem, and how can it be solved ?
Where I can see some install Logs , to check exactly whats the issue !?

But where we can saw some logs , to strat debugging this issue ?!
The PCs are with no antivirus installed, with no any malwarebytes, etc .... and still we getting this Errors .
@Myron There would probably be Windows event history on the PC you are trying to install on. We don't have logs where the initial setup has failed.
Have you tried granting full control to the Windows System account?
Sorry I am asking , is not very clear where to give Full Control to Windows SYSTEM account .
There no logs related with the Kaspersky installer .
Few logs with some Perflib and DCOM .
