On a couple of our laptops the antivirus is showing expired license modules. They do not seem to be renewing on their own. I have done a status update and ran an update from the AV so it is up to date but still not operating since the license is expired.
@Mlaclair I'm sorry about that. Since this time, have you done any additional troubleshooting with the problem PCs, like perform a full reinstall there?
This issue appears to be fixed now. I had some laptops run out of license time again but after an update they renewed on their own. Thanks for the fast fix.
